Logging in for the first time

This guide is for current investors who haven’t yet logged into their account on the Investor Portal.

Before you can log in to your account for the first time, you will need to request an activation email from the Investment team.

You can do this by calling us on 0800 321 113 or completing the form on the main portal support page.

Contact Us

1. Open the email and click "Create Password".

You will then be taken to FMT’s Investor Portal to log into your account and set a password.

If you haven’t received this email yet, please reach out to our investment team and let them know that you would like to use the portal, they can then send you the activation email.

2. Set your password.

Please make this a strong password; with capital letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols.

 

3. Click to tick the “Terms and Conditions” and “Privacy Policy” box.

You can read the terms and conditions for using our portal, and our privacy policy before accepting them by clicking the blue text.

These contain important information, and we encourage you to read them carefully.

 

4. Click “Confirm”.

5. Confirm your residential address and phone number.

As a current investor we need to verify that your information matches with the information we’ve got on record.

 

6. Click the tick box to consent to your information being checked and verified.

We treat our investor data carefully and the security of your information is our top priority.

 

7. Click “Complete now”.

Your account has been activated.

Please have a look around the portal and complete any outstanding notifications.

Your notifications will be found on the navigation bar, shown as a “bell” symbol. The number next to it will show you how many notifications you have.
