FMT is a pooled managed investment scheme. This means that your investment is pooled with those of thousands of other investors. Then, through careful due diligence and numerous checks and balances, we lend out those funds, securing them against first mortgages on quality properties located across New Zealand. We also hold cash investments for liquidity.

Interest generated from our loan portfolio is distributed quarterly to our investors, after fees, expenses, and taxes are deducted, providing a steady and reliable income stream.

Property-based securities traditionally provide some of the least volatile investments.
