WHY INVESTORS CHOOSE US

Easy to Understand

Our investment offering is based on a model where your funds are pooled with those of other investors.  Our role at FMT is to actively manage this fund so that it is working hard for you but without undue risk.

We primarily do this by making loans to pre-qualified NZ property owners who require finance, on a first mortgage basis.  Income is derived from these loans and is distributed to investors at the end of each quarter (after fees, expenses, and tax are deducted).

WHY INVESTORS CHOOSE US

Consistent Returns

At FMT, we focus on protecting investor capital and providing a steady return rather than seeking higher risk, potentially higher return opportunities. We’ve paid out over $115 million in returns to investors in the past 12 months. View our historical rates here.

We’ve never lost a cent of investor capital in almost 30 years of operations. And while past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance, this is something that we’re very proud of, and that we’re committed to maintaining.
